How to shop and place an order

How do I place an order?
1. Visit our shop here, and choose a Category or Product Supplier from the menu on the left hand side.
2. Select your desired item and click Add To Cart. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout.
3. Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, continue via guest checkout.
4. You'll be asked to provide your shipping address and payment information to complete the order.
We'll confirm the order and it will be prepared and sent to you, with updates every step of the way.

Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an existing account to place an order. However, an account will be automatically created for you during checkout, so you can view order updates. We will send you an email with a temporary password and urge you to update this with a password of your choice as soon as possible.
If you checkout using the email of an existing account, you will be asked to login to that account before checking out.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and GPay. You can choose the payment method that suits you best during the checkout process.
We support the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, and UnionPay.

How do I know if my order was successful?
After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, please check your spam folder. You can also check the status of your order on the Order.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?
Yes, you may be able to cancel some items before the supplier prepares your order. Head to Orders and click Return items and fill in the reason for cancellation.
You can't add items or modify an existing order, but you can place a new order for any additional products.
Shipping & Delivery

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and on your Orders page. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on the carrier's website.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping method offered by the Product Supplier. You can check the estimated delivery time during the checkout process and in your confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Why can't certain items be delivered to me?
The Sellers on our website can determine where their items are distributed — so some may not be available to order in all regions.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order?
If there's a problem with your order, please click Orders to go to your ArchiPro account and click the Send Message button or phone the product supplier directly. They will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can log in to your ArchiPro account and go to Orders, to check the status of your order. You'll also receive email updates as your order is processed and shipped.
